Love my grounding mat it sits in front of my recliner & I use it every day ….. recommend it to all who visit me & see it in front of my chair & have friends who are thinking of buying one as it has helped with my knee pain & my back pain & my sleep which is much deeper & restful . I've read about these for a while but finally treated myself to one in the sale and I'm so happy I did. My heart rate variability is always low and never really gets above 20 my first night of sleeping with the grounding sheet and it went to 38, 51% higher than my nightly average. I also slept through the night no getting up for the loo which is unheard of. Since then I've been sleeping soundly all night every night. The only slight side effect is that my dreams are incredibly vivid when I sleep on the mat, not good or bad just vivid! My hip pain has also gone and I just generally feel more energised. Would highly recommend.
Omg, 😱 this product had angels delivering it to me. I purchased it after my research of the product and in hopes that it would help my arthritis. My husband who is 73 was very skeptical of the whole idea. I am 68 years old but very active. Unfortunately, taking ibuprofen for my arthritis was then the only answer. After purchasing the bedsheet strip and the grounding mat after the third day, it was like a miracle because I have not taken one single ibuprofen since I started grounding and it’s been over a month now. I wake up every morning, refreshed, and without my arthritis pain in my hip. My husband cannot believe how much energy he has and how well he sleeps. He has noticed a humongous change in the way he feels. We both feel extremely well. It’s truly what everyone is missing …… being grounded.

I ordered my grounging mat after I saw many positive reviews and I thought I could give it a try. I also received a pair of socks since I bought 1 mat more for my sister in law. I've been using the mat and the socks for about a month for as much time I can in the 24h ( I sleep with the socks on) and I'm so happy with them: my sleep is deeper, I am visibly deflated, little aches and inflammation in my body are gone. I'm going to give the fitted sheet, a mat and a pair of socks to my brother and my sister in law for their wedding and get an extra pair of socks for me! Love from Italy

Love my Grounding sheets! I feel more alert in the morning. I ended up buying both the fitted sheet and flat sheet. I have regular neck and head pain, and when I wrap the flat sheet around my pillow I wake up with none.
Also! My senior dog has tracheal collapse and has coughing fits. When I put him on the sheets, his coughing stops and he sleeps! Amazing!
